Practice sare

Practice sarees (often called dance practice sarees) are lightweight, pre-stitched cotton garments worn by classical dancers, particularly in Bharatanatyam and Kuchipudi, during rehearsals. They are designed to save time, prevent the saree from coming loose, and allow unrestricted movement during intense, long-duration footwork.
